Bob McManus

Bob McManus has more than 20 years of experience and leadership in real estate and mortgage financing. He has been featured as a Foreclosure Expert speaker at Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad Real Estate Investor's Workshop , on the Neil Cavuto Show (Fox News Network), on Reuters news service as a Foreclosure Expert, and on KABC talk radio as well as various other radio programs across the United States . Bob is also the creator of Say Yes to Your Future and Finances for high school seniors.

Bob makes the foreclosure puzzle clear and concise and shows how to put millions of dollars in your pocket. He uses a full-day workshop and mini-educational series to teach foreclosure fundamentals face-to-face. Through these workshops Bob has spoken to thousands of people who are ready to take control of their financial freedom both privately and publicly. Bob's dedication is evident in his coaching program and in the success of his clients.

Bob began in the mortgage business in 1989. In 1991 he was promoted to General Manager of a local mortgage company solely responsible for business development and organization. In 1994 he and his wife Kara opened a real estate company. Despite a down market, their business grew quickly and became profitable. At the same time, they started their own mortgage and escrow company. Bob has personally been involved in thousands of real estate and mortgage transactions. In addition to running three businesses, Bob was an instructor in real estate licensing and corporate instruction of financing for a national real estate franchise for 8 years. Teaching people how to make money in real estate has always been a passion for him.

Bob's strength is helping people in trouble. Finding solutions to issues people are having in real estate comes naturally to him. He is known throughout the industry for getting the job done.

Bob's states his key to success is balance. He works very hard at maintaining a balance in his life with his wife of over ten years and his five children.

Kara McManus

Kara McManus has been instrumental in creating Dream Big's Coaching Program. The program has grown consistently year over year, focusing on balancing client's lives both personally and professionally. Kara is committed to helping clients see opportunities in the foreclosure business as well as opportunities to generate results in their lives they never thought possible. She coaches Dream Big's coaches and clients on their way to financial freedom. Kara is a featured speaker at both the Workshop and Mastermind events. She is passionate about sharing her message of independent wealth and financial freedom.

Kara has been a licensed real estate agent for the last 15 years. She and her husband Bob own a real estate and mortgage company where she is responsible for all new hire training as well as her own escrows and sales. Kara's background in training ranges from pre-licensing to one-on-one coaching, both in office and for corporate real estate companies.

Kara's real estate background includes fixing and flipping properties for a profit. She is experienced at finding properties, then analyzing them, overseeing remodeling and developing pricing strategies to sell them for a profit. She has worked with Bob to develop their own personal real estate investment portfolio.

Real estate has enabled Kara to have the income and the freedom to spend time with her husband and five children.

Kris Holubets

Kris Holubets is Dream Big's Director of Sales. She has been instrumental in the vast growth and national recognition of Dream Big as a foreclosure training company. Her background allows her to bring a perspective to Dream Big that emphasizes her ability to create incredible time management programs designed to help clients make the transition to working on their own while maximizing their income and free time.

Kris is a licensed real estate agent and escrow officer in Southern California . She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin . After moving to Southern California in 1988 she took on many different leadership and entrepreneurial roles in a wide variety of industries, including management, business ownership, consulting and real estate.

Kris began her real estate career at the early age of 13, when her father convinced her of the importance of gaining equity. She soon purchased her first rental property. With a heavy influence on acquiring property and pursuing real estate, Kris joined forces with Bob and Kara McManus.

Kris has developed and managed an escrow office, sold real estate, purchased several fixers at a substantial profit, and bought coordinated transactions with a multitude of individuals. She has held numerous public training seminars to teach the process of purchasing property.

Kris, her husband Greg, and their two children live in Southern California

Azziem Ali

Azziem Ali is a founder and partner of Pacific Coast Capital, Inc., a default resolution and real estate investment firm located in El Segundo. Mr. Ali has helped develop Pacific Coast Capital into a multi million dollar company. At PCC, Azziem lends his expertise in the areas of deal structuring, investment procurement, property acquisition, contract negotiation with homeowners, and coordinating transactions with borrowers of defaulted mortgage loans.

Azziem has over ten years of comprehensive entrepreneurial experience. The bulk of his success has come from real estate investments through PCC.

Azziem received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Chapman University and his Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate from Loyola Marymount University . He is also a graduate of the Ross real estate program in development and finance at the University of Southern California (USC).

In addition to his business and educational background, Azziem brings a diverse set of interpersonal sales skills to the Dream Big Coaching Program.

Arturo D. Olivas

Arturo Olivas is a founder and partner of Pacific Coast Capital, Inc. a default resolution and real estate investment firm located in El Segundo , CA . Arturo's primary responsibility is to secure new business by contacting homeowners in default and negotiating the best possible solution available to them. He has successfully negotiated close to a million dollars in profit for PCC.

Arturo started his professional career by joining a recruiting firm that paid 100% commissions, knowing it was the platform he needed to learn how to succeed based on his own results. He successfully achieved the highest level of performance both as an individual contributor and as a team member, being recognized as a member of the Presidents Club and the Platinum Team. Prior to founding Pacific Coast Capital, Arturo started Vision Recruiting Group, an Executive Search firm focused on placing sales professionals for Fortune 1000 companies, with his current partner, Azziem Ali.

Arturo graduated from the University of California in Santa Barbara and immediately knew he would some day own his own business. He is very involved in his community as well, serving on the Board of Directors for Padres Contra El Cancer, an organization dedicated to assisting Latino children with cancer and their families, for 3 years.

Arturo has always been dedicated to success and to furthering his understanding of successful business and life practices. Working with Dream Big has given him the opportunity to build on these practices while being able to share his experiences and successes with those dedicated to furthering their lives. Arturo has a high level of accountability to his goals with a strong focus on numbers performance.

Todd Stevens

Todd M. Stevens is a founder and partner of Pacific Coast Capital, Inc., a default resolution and real estate investment firm located in El Segundo , CA . He focuses on the management and coordination of acquisitions, sales and property management. He is also responsible for creating default resolutions for homeowners and working with institutional lenders to help bring their debt current.

Todd has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his real estate career as a salesperson for Pulte Homes, one of the nation's leading builders. He started his own business as an agent with First Choice Brokers, listing and selling property in Southern California, and was awarded may top sales awards for his production.

Todd's focus is on developing partnerships with clients by helping them get started and helping them get their offices up and running.
